"Rain and sleet today. Little or no accumulation."

That's what the weather prediction for today was. What happened? We got 6-12inches of snow depending on the area!! It snowed for hours and totally caught everyone by surprise...and since this much snow is as much, or more, than the normal yearly totals for the area this is a major storm! :-) Of course, people wouldn't be so concerned about the snow if someone would learn how to plow the streets and then actually go plow them. But I am giddy with excitement cuz I just love snow! what's more fun than slipping and sliding home or frolicing out in it? :-) So, if you ever want snow, go shake a snow globe!! :-)

In other exciting news...Colts won again today and Manning broke Marino's TD passes record. yay colts!! :-)

When I actually have the time to blog I don't really have anything to say. I think of good posts at the most inopportune times...like at work. Oh well... Anyway, Christmas is now less than a week away. Hard to believe that another year is just about over. I get to spend Dec. 24-26 at work so it's going to be a very Merry Christmas for me...wonder what it's like for the patients to have to spend Christmas in the hospital. I am hoping the doctors let as many patients go home as they can cuz who really wants to spend christmas in the hospital? My brother, Kevin, is coming out Dec 21-28th so at least I'll have some family around for christmas...thanks for coming kev!! I found out the other day that this area hasn't had a white christmas in 57 years and this year doesn't look promising either. But they are predicting up to an inch of snow tonight through tomorrow morning. So maybe I'll get a little snow even if my Christmas isn't white.

Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas! If you're spending it with family make sure you let them know how much you love them and are happy to be with them! And if you aren't with your family still let them know how much you love them and how much you wish you were with them!! :-)
